Our Mission is to provide high resolution gravity data and expert consulting to oil, gas and mining exploration teams.
We want to help define and map areas of interest, including faults, structural trends and basement, within our clients’ exploration boundaries.
Providing a better understanding of subsurface structure through the integration of gravity data into your exploration program will assist in defining the areas where more expensive geophysical methods will be used; thereby reducing your exploration costs. History
Houston based Neese Exploration Company was founded in 1952 by Urban E. Neese. Neese Exploration provided geophysical crews for both domestic and international acquisition of seismic, gravity and magnetic data. During the 1970s' Gravity Map Service was formed as a division of Neese Exploration Company and as a source for high resolution gravity data. Today, Gravity Map Service continues as a third generation, family owned, Texas firm. The Neese family continues a legacy of providing cost effective, quality potential fields data and related services throughout the oil & gas industry.
